* Open the Outlook application, go to Settings > Accounts, select your account which has logged in to sync, click on Change Mailbox Sync Settings, scroll down to the bottom, then turn on Email sync under Sync Options. You could perform the below troubleshooting to get it working. I get the same issues with Outlook, but it does sync with my Microsoft account. Many users have noticed that the mail app is not syncing in Windows 10. I pressed the Refresh button and got “still working on it…” and couldn’t figure out how to resolve the problem. After the system applied the free Windows 10 upgrade and I opened the native email app, it came up with blank parameters and a “Not Synced Yet” message. I had setted up Outlook on Windows 8 and my email account details carried correctly and automatically.
